With Eyes Wide Open My New Life Begins Now

Its amazing when ever something significant in our life happens how we begin to reinvent ourselves and our thought processes.
We find satisfaction and purpose in feeling 'new', a virgin to the world and all of its experiences.
We find ourselves again and our thoughts feel defined in what we wish to pursue.
There is still the unsureness of not knowing to let go of what we were previously thinking and experiencing or going full hearted and diving into the unknown.
I like following the unknown, taking chances and not knowing where its planning to go. The thing is, not everyone else agrees with your perceptions. There are people who will always want to hold on and we feel like they are holding us back, we are all these people. To our friends and to ourselves. We feel safe and are unwilling to let go of that.
Today is another one of those days where i feel things will change. Its just having the determination and the willingness to pursue everything that will make me happy.
I need to grow up and become realistic about my life.
I have to make the effort to be a better friend and be friendly enough to make new ones. People will come ago but this isn't school anymore. We need to put a huge part of ourselves into creating our own happiness. We need to be there for our friends, we need to be there to make them smile and please them. These are the people we grow old with.
In the development of our lives we don't want to be restricted to having our family as our only outreach to a different social group. We want the interaction of something different and something that will always keep us on our toes.
Thats what friends do, their lives mingle with ours, affecting it on purpose. To throw everything we could have ever known into the air and hitting that fan that always seems to appear at these likely moments. They are their to make us sad and to make us smile.
People outside our families and outside our intimate relationships are there to continually brings us back to reality and show us the things we should really be caring about.
They make us better people and at times worse people but from those whole hearted misleadings we learn life's experiences and know that we get older we will have better judgment for that critical decision.
Thats why today, with new eyes that are a big as open arms we take in everything that should be considered. A new day brings a new life of learning,
